Thomas E. Hommel joined the Lehman Brothers legal staff in 1985, after seven years as a litigation associate with two New York City firms. He managed several litigation teams until 1999, when he was appointed Co-Head of Global Litigation fór the firm, a position he held until the bankruptcy filing in September of 2008. Since then he has been Co-General Counsel of the Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc bankruptcy estate.
